Candidate Referral Terms and Conditions

1. We have your permission to contact the individual you are referring to Anita Shaw Recruiting, Inc. (ASR)

2. Terms are paid only if the referred individual is successfully hired and stays for a minimum of 45 days of successful employment. Successful employment is defined by ASR’s client company.

3. You, the submitter, are responsible for giving ASR the correct mailing address and contact information. Should any change of address occur, it is your responsibility to inform ASR in writing the change of information.

4. The payment to you will be mailed 14 days after terms are completed; however, should payment be returned, you have 60 days to collect funds by submitting the correct mailing information immediately in writing.

5. Should you not contact the ASR office in writing to collect  funds prior to the expiration date, all funds will be forfeited.

6. All changes which need to be made need to be mailed to our postal box: PO Box 2048, Silver Springs, FL  34489-2048

7. Some positions are not eligible for referral bonuses. If in question, feel free to email us prior to submission.
